About the Course
The course is intended to equip the trainee with the knowledge, skills and attitudes that will enable one to plan, organize, control and evaluate tourism activities, market tourism products and facilities to all domestic and international travelers and tourists in particular. As such, they will be able to perform supervisory and managerial duties to meet the needs of the ever expanding and dynamic tourism and hospitality industry.

- Apply skills in food production and service delivery in the tourism and hospitality sector
- Execute managerial functions in the tourism, catering and hospitality areas demonstrate efficient and effective tour operations
- Apply the knowledge and skills to develop and promote tourism and hospitality products
- Observe tourism and travel health recognize the role of information and communication technology in tourism sustainability
- Cope with emerging issues and trends in tourism and hospitality industry

Entry Requirements
Grade 12, and/or MTI Certificate IV in Accounting and/or 5 years work experience in relevant field.
Registration and Duration
Registration is open twice in a year on a Semester basis (January and July intake respectively) and the duration is 1 year.
Course Fees
K11,000 and K2,500 upfront payment on Registration.
