About the Course
A Diploma in Customs Clearing & Forwarding is a program designed to provide students with comprehensive knowledge and skills related to customs regulations, import-export procedures, and the logistics involved in international trade.
Customs Regulations: Students learn international trade laws, import-export regulations, tariff classifications, and customs procedures.
Trade Compliance: Students learn about export controls, risk management, and the role of customs brokers in ensuring trade compliance.

The aim of shipping is to transport goods and people by sea using ships and other water vessels. It includes the effective operation and management of shipping fleets, navigation, and logistics. And to the best possible foundation for success in your ongoing ports and shipping career.

The contents of the courses are specially designed and will be of great interest to those who wish to take up a career in customs clearance, freight forwarding, transportation and distribution and also to those whose experience is confined to a specific field of shipping and who wish to broaden their understanding of the industry and all new entrants to this field.
Entry Requirements
Grade 12 and/or MTI Certificate in Customs & Freight Forwarding Management and/or 5 years work experience in relevant field.
Registration and Duration
Registration is open twice in a year on a Semester basis (January and July intake respectively) and the duration is 1 year.
Course Fees
K11,000 and K2,500 upfront payment on Registration.
