Lead and motivate teams to achieving new heights by learning how to manage human resource in any industry. Develop specialist skills that will support selection, HR Planning and Recruitment and Induction, separation and termination processes.

In this qualification you will gain practical experience and develop specialist skills like Communicating key issues with all levels of a team, from junior staff to executives; A sound understanding of managing business risk; and highly developed skills in the professional development of staff.

Entry Requirements
Grade 12 and/or MTI Certificate IV in Human Resource Management and/or 5 years work experience in relevant field.
Registration and Duration
Registration is open twice in a year on a Semester basis (January and July intake respectively) and the duration is 1 year.
Course Fees
K11,000 and K2,500 upfront payment on Registration.
